For run-off claim reserves and warranty matters, please get first in touch with the dealer, where you have bought your MaxPoint product. Mostly we do have arranged something with him to make warranty handling much more easier for you .
Insolvency makes an exception for this rule, that means if the supplier/dealer of your product has become bankrupt please get directly in touch with our service department - we will find a better solution for you.

If you have bought an article directly from us, please ask for a RMA-Service No before you are returning some goods. It makes handling much more easier for both of us.

The RMA project no is somehow an identification, which makes handling much more easier and additionally it will be possible to see the status of your returned item in-house. Please understand that items, which will be sent back to us without RMA identification no, will be returned to sender. If you do have applied for an RMA no, we automatically will get in touch with you to inform you about the ways how to solve your cause of complaint.
